Compressor Parts can be the most costly part of an overhaul.

With rotating speeds up to 100,000 RPM, the integrity of the internals of an air compressor is essential to performance and life of the compressor.

Most rotating assemblies can easily be weld repaired to meet or beat the OEM specifications. In addition to the repairs, CES provides balancing that also meets or beats all OEM specifications for balance quality.

Impeller repairs are often not an option when working with the OEM. CES has provided hundreds of customers with a cost effective alternative to parts replacement. Damaged impellers can be weld repaired and machined, bringing them to a like new condition for a fraction of the cost of new parts from the OEM.

CES offers complete air end overhauls. Once in our shop, CES will bring your compressor back to a like new condition or better.

CES will meet or exceed OEM specifications on bearings and rotors. Weld repairs and machining are completed in house as needed.
